question for sailors- favorite yacht club?

I was thinking of getting a job at a yacht club somewhere outside of the US. (and I have worked at yacht clubs before and know how to sail very well) I just graduated college and want to get away. Can any of you name your favorite yacht club or a place you think might be a really great place to work. Preferably a place where I could speak English because I’m not really fluent in many languages. I was thinking the Royal Cork Yacht Club but I don’t know about the weather there.
Just looking for ideas. Please lemme know what you think
